Sponge High-temperature Resistance Test
Mattress Edge Test
A 2,000 compression test is performed at the edge of the mattress to analyze the height of the mattress before and after the test.
There will be a positive or negative 2 cm change. In general, the height will be reduced a little.
Mattress Fabric Test
The lifetime of the fabric can be tested by professional machines. The fabric was rubbed on a 200 (N) machine. After repeated rubbing, if the fabric does not fade and is non-porous, it is considered acceptable.

Mattress Lifespan & Firmness Test
Test principle: The body turns over 30 to 40 times a night while sleeping.
The rolling pressure test of the mattress is achieved through 30,000 times of rolling is equivalent to the hardness change test of the mattress for 5 years.
Experimental conclusion: After 30,000 times of rolling and 35 hours of testing, the hardness of the mattress will change.
If the hardness value changes, the mattress generally become soft. We will use this machine to provide test reports, analyze the change of hardness before and after rolling, take the average, and finally get the mattress hardness test results.
Mattress Spring Test
This test is used to test changes in spring diameter, core diameter and height (mainly changes in spring height.)
The machine is divided into two parts for the spring test. The upper part is used to test the pocket spring and the lower part is used to test the round spring.
Each spring was compressed 200,000 times and then compared to the height of the spring before compression to collect changes in the spring shrinkage test.
The test results usually have a positive or negative 2 cm difference and the spring height typically shrinks and decreases.
The result of the 200,000 spring compression tests proves that our mattress can guarantee a 10-year shelf life.
Pressure Distribution Test
The test machine was imported from the United States to test the softness of the mattress.
When the human body is lying on the bed, the machine will test the pressure distribution of the mattress.
As shown in the figure below, each area under pressure will be displayed in color, with the same color indicating the degree of stress. Similarly, the display of different colors in the area represents different intensities, and each color corresponds to the corresponding bearing force.
If part of the body is not stressed, the color of the image is blank.
Sponge Rebound Test
The comfort of the mattress is related to the rebound rate of the mattress.
Taking a mattress sample (10cm * 10cm * 15cm) as an example, three steel balls are issued on the magnet assembly above the transparent tube with a weight of 16.3g and an inner diameter of 30mm-65mm respectively to measure the rebound height (h) of the ball. The height from the top of the ball to the surface of the sponge is 460 mm, so the rebound value is considered to be R = h/H, and % is its unit.
The tester will automatically calculate an accurate value based on the average of the five values of each of the three balls.

Sponge Tensile Strength Test
This machine is used to test the tensile speed of the sponge.
The durability of the mattress is related to the tensile strength.
Three sponges were placed on the test machine with specific shapes and a thickness of 1 cm.
Maximum elongation Σ(%) = [L(measured value at break, mm-L0 (gague length at arigin, mm)/L0 (blur length at raigiin, mm)
Tensile strength 0 (Mpa) = F (gague load, N)/A (average of sample cross-sectional area, m㎡.
The test machine will calculate the required value based on the average of the three samples.
Sponge Compression Degree Test
We use this instrument to repeatedly compress the sponge to test the hardness, elasticity and comfort of the mattress.
The test machine was used, and the 3 guns were respectively pressed down to 25%, 40% and 65% of the original thickness to obtain an index of comfort (compression ratio = 65%/25%). This unit is regarded as "N".
This is our machine lab. We will test the material, sponge, and spring of each sample. Only those in compliance with the test standards will be mass produced.
